Formfit Pro Ankle Support - Elastic ankle support

The Formfit Pro Ankle support is an elastic ankle brace that can be used on both the right and left ankle. The support provides medical compression of 20–30 mmHg and combines MotionTech 3D with SmartPad, CoolVent, and FoldLock. It is intended for conditions where compression can contribute to an increased sense of stability and better awareness of the ankle's position during movement.

Compression and support during movement

The Formfit Pro Ankle support provides compression around the ankle and is designed to improve proprioception, which is the ability to sense the position and movement of the ankle. The elastic construction provides a dynamic fit and can act as support during rehabilitation following minor ankle injuries.

SmartPad and breathable CoolVent

SmartPad provides targeted shock absorption around the ankle. CoolVent is designed for increased ventilation and comfort, while MotionTech 3D combines compression with a flexible fit. Together, these features provide support without requiring the ankle to be kept completely immobilized.
FoldLock for easier application
FoldLock is a foldable upper edge that makes putting the support on and taking it off easier. First, fold the upper edge outward, pull the support over the foot until the heel is positioned correctly, and then fold the edge back so that it lies against the skin.
Areas of use
The Formfit Pro Ankle support is intended for ankle conditions that can be improved with compression, including rehabilitation after an ankle injury, mild sprains and strains, and mild instability. The product does not replace an assessment of injuries that require other treatment.
Measurement and fit
Measure the circumference around the ankle and compare the measurement with the separate size guide. If the measurement falls between two sizes, the instructions for use recommend the smaller size. Ensure that the support sits evenly and does not cause discomfort or pressure issues.
Important precautions
The product contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. Do not use the support if you have a condition where compression is unsuitable. In case of impaired blood circulation or sensation, consult a healthcare professional before use.

The support should be worn directly against intact skin, not over open wounds. Remove it in the event of pain, swelling, changes in sensation, or signs of impaired blood flow. It should also be removed during longer periods of rest, such as when sleeping.
Washing and care
The Formfit Pro Ankle support can be machine washed at 30 °C using a mild detergent. Fasten any Velcro closures before washing and let the support air dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. The product must not be tumble dried or ironed.

Avoid salt water and chlorinated water. Rinse with fresh water if the product comes into contact with such water.
