Instructions for use

• For heat: Place the compress in hot water (max 80°C) for 10–15 minutes or heat in the microwave (max 800W) for 30–60 seconds. If necessary, heat further in 10-second intervals. Always wrap the compress in a dry towel before application to protect the skin.
• For cooling: Place the compress in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before use. For best results, wrap it in a dry towel before placing it on the injured area.
