Measurement and fit
Measure the waist circumference halfway between the iliac crests and the lowest free ribs. Compare the result with the product's size guide to select a suitable version.

Application and adjustment
Check that the tensioning handles are fully retracted. Place the belt around the waist so that the back plates lie on each side of the spine and the lacing system is centered over the back.

Close the right side over the left with the Velcro fastener. Then pull the handles forward to adjust the compression and secure them on the front of the belt. Wear the belt over a thin garment and remove it before sleeping.

Washing and care
The LombaStab back support belt, height 21cm, can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C, up to ten times. Close the Velcro fasteners before washing.

Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and strong detergents. Gently squeeze out the water and let the belt air dry flat away from direct heat. The product should not be tumble dried or ironed.
