LombaStab Back Support Belt – Elastic Lumbar Support

The LombaStab back support belt is an elastic lumbar support with a pulley system that provides compression, stabilization, and relief for the lower back. The belt features a back panel with a Coolmax lining, stabilizing stays, and two tensioning handles that allow for adjustable compression as needed.

The design is intended to provide support for non-specific lower back pain and spinal stenosis, as well as for resuming activities during rehabilitation.

Stabilization and relief of the lumbar spine

The LombaStab back support belt provides support by increasing intra-abdominal pressure, which can help relieve the intervertebral discs and stabilize the lumbar spine. The stabilizing back stays provide additional support to the lower back.

The pulley system allows the compression to be adjusted without needing to remove the entire belt.

The back panel has a Coolmax lining and stabilizing stays. The construction combines elastic textile materials with supportive components and is designed to follow the contours of the back.

The textile materials consist of polyamide, polyester, elastane, viscose, polyurethane, and polyethylene.

The belt's pulley system features two handles used to adjust the compression. The handles are pulled forward and secured to the front of the belt using Velcro.

The tension can be adjusted as needed. The abdominal panels have integrated handles that facilitate placement and fastening.

Indications
The LombaStab back support belt is intended for support in cases of non-specific lower back pain in acute, subacute, and chronic stages, as well as for spinal stenosis.

The belt can also be used as support during rehabilitation and when resuming activities that strain the lower back.

Measurement and sizing
Measure the waist circumference halfway between the iliac crests and the lowest free ribs. Place the measuring tape evenly around the body without pulling too tightly. Compare the measurement with the size chart to select the correct fit.

Application and adjustment
Open the belt and check that the tensioning handles are fully retracted. Place the belt around the waist with the stays on either side of the spine and the pulley system centered over the back.

Fasten the right side over the left using the Velcro. Then pull the tensioning handles forward and secure them on the front once the desired compression is achieved.

Washing and care
The LombaStab back support belt can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C, for a maximum of ten machine washes. Close the Velcro fasteners before washing and avoid bleach, fabric softener, and strong detergents.

Gently squeeze out excess water and allow the belt to air dry flat, protected from direct heat. The product should not be tumble dried or ironed.
