Lightweight Rollator

The Lightweight Rollator is a four-wheeled walking aid designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The rollator has four wheels and a cable brake system that allows for speed control while walking. The parking brake function ensures the rollator remains stable when the user sits down or stops. Construction and Function

The frame is made of aluminum and has a total weight of approximately 6 kg. Its low weight makes the rollator easier to lift, maneuver, and transport in daily life. The foldable design allows the rollator to be collapsed when not in use or when being transported, for example, in a car or on public transport.

The handles are height-adjustable between 78 and 93 cm. This allows the rollator to be adapted to the user's height and contributes to a more ergonomic walking posture. The handles are padded and designed to provide a stable grip during use.

Stable Walking and Control

The four wheels have a diameter of 15.25 cm and are designed to provide stable rolling on various surfaces. The placement of the wheels, together with the frame's construction, contributes to stability while walking.

Seat and Backrest

The seat is positioned at a height of 55 cm and measures 40 × 32 cm. It can be used for rest during walks. The backrest is padded and placed behind the seat to provide support when the user is sitting.

Braking System

The braking system consists of cable brakes activated via the handles. When the handles are pressed down, the parking brake is engaged, ensuring the rollator remains stable when stationary.

Storage and Transport

Under the seat, there is a fabric basket for storing personal belongings. The basket has a maximum capacity of 5 kg and also features an outer pocket with a zipper for smaller items. By lifting the seat, the user can access the basket.

The foldable design allows the rollator to be collapsed without needing to remove the basket. When folded, the dimensions are 90 × 32 × 62 cm, making it easier to transport and store.
