The unique design, featuring a protective fabric cover, ensures that the band can be placed under the foot without the rubber tube being damaged by direct wear.

The band is 120 cm long and provides light resistance.

This exercise band is perfect for home workouts, warm-ups, and rehabilitation, where lower resistance is required to perform exercises effectively. Its compact size makes it easy to transport and use anywhere.

The Refit Exertube 120 cm green light resistance has fixed handles that provide a stable grip during every exercise movement. It can be used in a wide variety of exercises where resistance comes from the elasticity of the band, including pulling, pressing, and leg exercises.

Function and construction

The band is made of natural latex and has a textile reinforcement in its center to protect against damage upon contact with surfaces such as floors or shoes. Handles are attached to each end of the band, allowing the user to perform various exercises using the tube.

With a low resistance level, this band is particularly suitable for exercises where movement control and mobility are of the utmost importance.
