Silistab Epi elbow support – For tennis elbow

The Silistab Epi elbow support is an elastic elbow brace that provides localized pressure to relieve tendon pain associated with tennis elbow and golfer's elbow. The support features anatomically shaped inserts, a flexible knitted construction, and a detachable strap for individual pressure adjustment. It can also be used as support when resuming physical activity after elbow issues.

Localized pressure for tendon pain

For lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow), targeted pressure can be part of the treatment. The Silistab Epi elbow support is designed to place pressure around the tendon attachments of the elbow, while wrapping the joint in an elastic material.

Anatomically shaped inserts

The shaped inserts are positioned on both sides of the elbow. When putting it on, they are centered at the level of the bony protrusions on the inside and outside of the elbow, so that the pressure is applied to the intended areas.

Detachable strap for extra pressure
The separate tension strap is used when additional pressure is needed. The strap is placed over the widest parts of the inserts at the forearm level and can be adjusted as needed.

Elastic and anatomical fit
The anatomically knitted material follows the shape of the elbow. A soft blue knitted area is placed in the crook of the elbow, and the blue tabs are directed upwards when putting it on. The product is grey with blue details.

Areas of use
The Silistab Epi elbow support is intended for lateral and medial epicondylitis, preventing the recurrence of elbow tendinopathy, and providing support when resuming physical activity. Usage should be adapted to current symptoms.

Application and adjustment
Pull on the support and align the inserts with both sides of the elbow. Check the placement before attaching the detachable strap. Adjust the pressure without impeding blood circulation.

Care and cleaning
The Silistab Epi elbow support can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. Do not use fabric softener, harsh cleaning products, or chlorine-based agents. Press out the water and let it air dry away from direct heat sources. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.

Safe use
Do not use the product in case of an uncertain diagnosis, known allergy to any of the components, or directly on damaged skin. Check that the support is intact before use. Discontinue use in case of discomfort or abnormal changes in the arm.
