Features

The compress is placed in the microwave (800 W) for 35 seconds for hot use. Alternatively, it can be heated in a water bath (max. 80 °C) for 10–15 minutes. For cold use, it is cooled in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. It should always be used with a dry towel between the skin and the compress.

The product is used for, for example, muscle tension, inflammation, sprains or general pain relief in the shoulder area. It is portable, flexible and ready to be used again and again.
