Price: 600 SEK over the weekend (incl. 25 % VAT)
Rental period: Friday to Monday
Pick-up: Friday from 10:00 AM
Return: No later than Monday at 11:00 AM
Alternatively: return can be made earlier during weekend opening hours, but no refund will be made then.
We offer preferential prices for renting a rollator during weekends.

Weekdays: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM–4:30 PM
Sundays: 10:00 AM–2:30 PM
Booking, pickup and cancellation
All bookings are made via our website: www.vihp.se
Add the product to your cart, fill in your details and select "pick up in store" at checkout.
The product can only be picked up at our store at Byalagsgatan 13A, 418 74 Gothenburg and must be returned to the same address. We do not offer delivery for rentals.
Please order no later than the day before pick-up. Same-day bookings are not accepted via the website.
Cancellation is only possible on the same day as the booking, no later than 7:00 PM. After this, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation on the same day as pick-up is not permitted.
Late return (more than 1 hour): fee of SEK 400 per day started.
The pickup day cannot be changed afterwards because our inventory is limited.
However, you can always call us at 031–878755 and we will investigate the possibility of changing.
Exception: sometimes we can approve same-day pickup, but it is not guaranteed.

If same-day pickup is approved, you will first receive a booking email, then a separate invoice with a note about same-day pickup.

Terms and responsibilities
The product is photographed upon pickup to document its condition.
You are responsible for returning the product in the same condition as when rented. Any damage that occurs due to improper use will be charged according to the extent of the damage.
The product must be cleaned upon return.
Responsibility for both the condition of the product and the safety of the user always lies with the person booking and renting it – even if someone else is using it. This means that you, as the renter, are fully responsible for the correct and safe use of the product.
You are also obliged to contact us immediately if:
- something wrong occurs with the product
- an accident or other incident occurs during the rental period
- you suspect a delay in return
If the return is later than agreed without you notifying us, a fee of SEK 400 per day will be charged.
Included in the rental
A seat cushion is included with each rental. The cushion must be returned with the product.
